What is a bullet journal?
The original bullet journal was created by Ryder Carroll but has evolved over time to become a much more creative and mindful activity. If you choose to use it that way! Additionally, it’s a great way to become more productive and creative, and can be used as a tool to embed positive new habits like healthy eating and exercise.
The beauty of the bullet journal though, is that they start as blank books. Therefore yours will be exactly what you want it to be! For example, some people use it purely as a way of recording their thoughts and feelings. For others, they are a complete organisation system with colour codes, trackers, and of course, their diary!
