Whether you know you need some support and you’re not quite ready for Business Coaching yet, or whether you’re looking for some intensive business training and support on a specific topic, our Deep Dives are exactly what you need.
In these sessions, you will work 1-to-1 with me to focus on your chosen topic, and each session is designed to:
- Build your knowledge of the subject of the Deep Dive
- Understand why the topic is so important and how it applies to your business
- Develop a clear action plan to take your new knowledge forward and apply it to your business
All Deep Dives last 2 hours, can be delivered either online or in person (if you live within 15 miles of Maidenhead), and cost £147.
Business Plan Development
In this Deep Dive, we will help you to:
- Understand why business plans are important
- Get clarity on what to include in each section and how to approach it
- Create an outline Business Plan tailored to your business, and to make sure that it’s ready for ongoing use
- Brainstorm content for each section
- Develop a clear set of actions to help you take the result of your Deep Dive forward
Annual Planning and Goal Setting
In this Deep Dive, we will:
- Review the previous year, including highlights, challenges and learning points
- Understand where your business is right now and where it has the potential to be
- Identify and commit to your long-, medium- and short term goals
- Develop and commit to specific, detailed goals for the coming 12 months
- Understand how data can support the delivery of those goals
- Develop a action plan to take the results of this Deep Dive forward
Small Business Finance
In this Deep Dive, we will help you to:
- Understand your current financial practices and identify any strengths and weaknesses
- Develop the right mindset to approach your finances
- Understand key financial terms so that you can communicate with confidence
- Create a forecast to use in your business
- Develop a financial management plan to use going forward
Customer Avatars
In this Deep Dive, we will:
- Understand the importance of customer avatars and how they are used in your overall marketing strategy
- Identify and develop up to three key customer avatars, including their demographics, behaviours and pain points
- Get clear on how your avatars can be used in your marketing strategy and what this means for your messaging and content’
- Put in place a clear plan of action to take the result of the Deep Dive forward
Time Management and Productivity
In this Deep Dive, we will help you to:
- Identify and understand any current challenges relating to time management and productivity
- Ensure that you are using your time effectively, and on the right things
- Understand your ways of working and consider a variety of approaches that could improve your time management
- Put in place a clear plan of action to take the results of the Deep Dive forward.
