Month 11 – Know Your Audience
It’s all very well having a passion, bringing that passion to life, and creating a wonderful product or service. But, if you don’t know how to get the message out there and reach those ideal clients, at best, growing your business is going to be a long, hard road. At worst it isn’t going to work at all.
In this module you will learn strategies and techniques to allow you to understand your audience groups, what drives them, and how to reach them. You will bring those ideal clients to life, get under their skin and learn how to speak to them, hold their attention, and build a long term relationship
There are many ways to promote your business, to market your services, and to get in front of your customers. With the tools and strategies in this module, you will be able to create the systems and the content that will help you do exactly that, in the right way, on the right platforms.
It will help you eliminate wasted hours and money on campaigns that are too vague and aimed at no-one in particular. It will also allow you to make the most of word of mouth opportunities and other “free” marketing tools and draw in those ideal clients.
By the end of Module 11 you will have:
- Created your own user personas that depict exactly who you want to work with and who you want to build relationships with.
- Started to build examples of the content that will work for your business, including how to create it and where to post it.
- Heard from our experts about building a community and using your personal brand to become known for what you do and who you are.
- Developed a complete action plan to enable you to create content in an ongoing and consistent way, to get your message out there.
