Month 2 – Well-being: Firm Foundations To Get You Started
By completing module 1, you will have established a clear vision for your future. You will also have begun to create strong planning and goal setting strategies to support it. However, before you can achieve that vision, making sure that you are also able to look after your well-being is fundamental. If you don’t look after yourself, it will be impossible to truly look after your business.
During module 2, we will be exploring a range of themes, all of which contribute to your health and self-care. You will receive input from experts in nutrition, exercise, and mindfulness, as well as the relationship between your environment and your mindset.
We will also continue to build on the habits and planning systems established in the previous module. Firstly, we will review what you have learnt. Then more importantly, you will decide to commit to in order to enhance your well-being. As a result, your self-care goals can be incorporated alongside your professional aspirations.
By the end of Module 2 you will have:
- Completed a full analysis of your current well-being, understanding your strengths and weaknesses.
- Established self-care goals, and put in place a plan to take them forward.
- Learned about a range of well-being-related opportunities from our experts, which you can then tailor to your own life, family, and personal and professional goals.
